Laughter is Contagious This will make you laugh

I was away with a group of friends one weekend. We were staying in a cosy cabin, surrounding a fireplace on a cold Winter's night. It was out in the middle of nowhere, there was no t.v or radio and we vowed to turn off our phones and just stay away from technology that weekend. So you could say we were left to our own devices.

We got into some deep discussions, we cried, we laughed and even sang. At one point a friend mentioned that she'd attended laughing yoga. We were all so curious, so she decided to give us a demonstration. She stood up, thought of something funny and just started laughing. Sure enough one by one we all began to laugh as well. It was hilarious. We ended up in an absolute fit of laughter.

I hadn't laughed so hard since I was younger. I remember being in English class sitting next to my best friend and we used to try and make each other laugh while it was the others turn to read out loud to the class by pulling faces. We'd end up in hysterics. Yes, we'd end up in a bit of trouble, but I remember the rest of the class would start laughing too and even the teacher would have a bit of a smirk on his face. We just couldn't stop. Laughter is contagious.
