It Takes More Than a Day

The first step is motivation. Like me, I am sure many believe this can be one of the hardest parts to becoming a new, strong individual. Like many things, reaching a goal cannot be achieved overnight. It takes more than a day. For me I would set a goal; try for a couple of days, and because I hadn't yet succeeded I would give up altogether. Eventually I learnt for myself that I couldn't do everything in such a short period of time. You need to tell yourself that you can do this, and don't be disheartened if it takes longer than you first expected. It happens to everyone, and its just a part of developing.

I believe in you, and so do many others around you. You can do it. Don't give up.
