Donts

Life seems to be made up of 'Don’ts'.

  • Don’t have coffee before going to bed.
  • Don’t drink too much or too often.
  • Don’t smoke anything.
  • Don’t go to bed mad at someone.
  • Don’t eat more calories than you can burn.
  • Don’t have chipped nail polish.
  • Don’t use fowl or crass language.
  • Don’t wear pink and red together.
  • Don’t hate.
  • Don’t blow all your money at the shops.

  • There are just so many 'Don’ts'. It’s all so negative. No wonder we struggle every day to stay positive.

    So why don’t we put a different spin on the 'Don’ts?' Why not make them into 'Do's'.

  • Do go to bed earlier so you avoid wanting another caffeine hit.
  • Do learn your limits with alcohol and have it on special occasions.
  • Go talk out your problems before going to bed.
  • Eat that extra piece of cake if you want to.
  • Wear whatever you want.
  • Speak however you want.
  • Do spend all your money if you’ve already gone and paid the bills.

  • Go and do things – don’t sit around and mull on the 'Don’ts'.

    Become the person all your friends want to be, the person who does things, who embraces life, who is happy.

    Be the bright, positive person that you want to be.
