Dont Binge Replace

Dont Binge Replace

A lot of people tend to be bored and start snacking from whatever is in the pantry, fridge or something hidden in a special place. You'd be surprised how much unnecessary weight you're putting on your body just from eating out of boredom, or possibly because you're hungry; and therefore you will put anything in your system.

There are better ways to fill yourself up by fixing up the minor snacking moments and motivating yourself to lose that weight too. For example, if you enjoy snacking on Tim tams or chocolates a lot; replace these with a piece of fruit. If you're depressed and unmotivated to exercise; the best way is to take a good look in the mirror and decide you like how you see yourself. If you're unimpressed, there are two ways to go about it. One, you could make a healthy diet plan for yourself and stick to 40 minutes to an hours exercise everyday. Or two, just ignore your disappointment, whine about your appearance, and continue the horrible habit.

With the diet plan, it's best to avoid fatty foods such as fats, oils, candy, meat fats, deep fried food (anything fried), ice-cream, dark cheeses and soft drinks.

Things you should be putting in your system are fruits, vegetables, fish, anything high in fibre, light cheese and water. Just a couple more tips: if you're having any form of meat, make sure it's grilled. When eating rice or pasta, make sure it's a small proportion.

In the end it's your choice if you want to break your binging habit. If not, well I hope you can live with the consequences. If so, great. You're taking the necessary, improved steps to a better life for yourself.
