Sounds easy to do, but really is it? Or not? I realised we need to train ourselves how to do it. For every negative thought you receive, you really should try to be concentrating on five positive ones. We can get so much out of our life by doing this shift. You must give it a go.
Do you want to be happy or sad?
Do you want to be healthy or sick?
Would you like to be rich or poor?
Would you like to be satisfied or unsatisfied?
Would you like to be able to give and not receive all the time?
These are just a few questions you might need to think about in your life today. When it comes down to it, we all have choices to make that can help us to maintain a happy, healthy life. If you choose to bring only positive thoughts into your life, you will succeed in having a wonderful life; but if you choose to bring the negative into all area’s of your life, then look out - you will live a unhappy life.
When we think positive thoughts, we are in fact scripting our life to work well. Emotionally, socially, physically and mentally you are giving balance to your life that can only bring good things to you. No one can harm you if you continue to enjoy the power of positive thinking.
When I was growing up as a child, my father used to read self-development improvement books; motivational books; adopted some mindset training, and all the positive thinking approaches into his life and ours. I have used these powerful words and images in my life, and I fully agree with their magic.
