Week 3 and it's working. I lost 1.7kgs this week! That's a great result - particularly considering that during the week I also celebrated my 30th birthday. I did have a little cake, but I was careful with my portion size.

For my birthday, my husband bought me a heart rate monitor. It's a handy tool to have to help you make the most of your workouts. Its also a great tool to set goals; for example, I won't finish this workout until I have burnt 600 calories.
So, another quick status update:
Weight lost in 4 weeks: 5.3 kgs!
Weight to go until I reach my goal: 14.7kgs - looking more achievable, every day!
I think week 4 will be a challenge with Easter, because chocolate is my weakness! However, if I watch my portion sizes, keep up the exercise, and keep my end goal in sight - the mindset skills Michelle provides should make it a breeze. Wish me luck and stay tuned for how I go!
You have inspired me to start exercising again. It was a little tough because my body was used to not moving, but I did it. I started on the weekend. Consistency is what will pay us the big dividends, so go for the long term. I am sure you can do it! S
