Life was never meant to be easy. If it was, it would be boring. Challenges make us stronger and when we reach our goals, we appreciate it more.

Believing in ourselves, even when times are tough, can be extremely difficult. Sometimes we get what we want and sometimes we don’t. Life will throw us many surprises, good and bad, and in turn, we may not know how to react or deal with these issues.

People get sick, people might lose their jobs and people live in war torn countries. Whatever we face, we struggle with someone else.

We will all deal with our struggles in different ways, and different things will challenge us differently compared to another person. Do not let struggle put you down, as someone else out there is struggling more.

Everyone must fight their own battles whether they are good or bad. However, at the end of the day we all have a purpose and we all deal with life in our own way.

The most important thing to remember is ‘we are not alone’. There is someone else, somewhere in the world, that feels your struggle. Everything happens for a reason.
