To attain any form of abundance in your life, you must feel good as much as possible. This is our natural state. When we feel good, we feel more supported from the universe. Our feelings are in tune with our thoughts. If our thoughts are healthy, we attract and radiate more success and abundance to our domain. On the other hand, if our thoughts are inharmonious - we repel our good.
Be in flow, and what you always focus on (whether wanted or unwanted) is what you create in your life. There are many ways to feel good that do not need to cost the earth. Yes, the best things in life can come for free. When you feel good - you naturally begin to engage in life activities that boost your prana - or in other words "your life force energy." Doing so raises your vibration to abundance and prosperity. This is how simple living life is meant to be. Too often, we complicate things.
When your vibration/life force energy is raised on the back of feeling good, you will gain clarity in making key life decisions. You will feel free, supported and empowered by the friendly universe. Your health will improve, and so will your vitality. Remember, the universe will only look after you if you look after yourself.
Write down those things that make you feel good. Ensure they also raise your vibration to abundance and prosperity.
Some examples - things that make many people (including yours truly) feel amazing, and hence lift their life force energy and vibration to abundance and prosperity:
Living in a beautiful, spacious home. (Even if your home is small, you can still de-clutter it and make it beautiful. Surround yourself with beauty).
Buying fresh flowers on a weekly basis for the home.
Burning candles at home.
Eating wholesome, life giving foods. (As within, so without.)
Reduction or no toxins: alcohol, sugar and cigarettes to name.
Drinking at least 2-3 litres of fresh water a day
Rest and relaxation
A luxurious bubble bath
Sleeping well at night
Hanging around positive, likeminded people.
Engaging in passionate and meaningful work
Enthusiasm and a positive, kick-ass attitude. Being of service to other people in work you love.
Having massages/going to a day spa
Walking and spending time in nature
Time at the beach
Giving and accepting compliments to others
Singing and dancing
Going to an art gallery
Going on holidays
Spending time with friends and family (positive ones)
I am sure you get the drift. Write down what makes you feel good, and commit to engaging in as many activities as you can that make you feel great. The more often you do this, the more amazing your life will really be. You will really like yourself more.
Ideally do not get into debt in participating in any of the above. The latter would be counterproductive. Best of all, many of the above activities come for free.
