The way I see it, the universe has a sick sense of humour, it kicks you when you’re already down. It tests you, creeps up on you to make sure you’re still paying attention. Some battles are harder than others and some you win and some you lose. Whatever the case is the only option you have is to pick yourself up and keep going, even when that seems impossible.
Unfortunately when you’re struggling to keep up and you need to catch your breath the universe has other plans to see if you can keep up and not fall behind. All you have to remember is to put one foot in front of the other.
When you feel like you’re falling under, just remember it’s not forever and that there is no better feeling than that big sigh of relief when it’s all over. Sometime it’s good to feel the pain of life, you just have to think of it as growing pains, and without them you wouldn't grow into the person you’re meant to be.
Everyone has scars you wouldn't believe, you should wear them proudly on your sleeve, they don’t define who you are but they are a part of who you are. You should be proud of them, you’re a survivor and a soldier and you made it though.
When you’re down and at your lowest point you won’t want to hear any of this and that is exactly how I was and sometime still am. When you feel like you’re world is caving in and there is no light at the end of the tunnel you just have to learn how to walk in the dark till you find the light.
