Every chance you get, dress up in your workout clothes! Lay them out the night before. This gets you a head start on your next day to workout. Sweatshirts, tee-shirts, sweatpants, gym shoes, pedometer, etc. (One doesn't have to dress for a track meet though! Ha!)
It doesn't matter what time of day. Personally, I like to do chores as activity and workout to DVDs in the evening or night. Maybe you like the morning.
Maybe you like to workout outside. It doesn't matter where. You can simply walk wherever if walking is your thing. March in place to the television. Turn on some music. Do some workout DVDs. House chores count!
Do you ever go to the public library? Get some various fitness books and cookbooks! Check out some knowledge! Not only will you be studying about your health, you'll be comfy too in your workout clothes! Lifestyle (instead of diet) books are the rage. However, personally, I like a good fitness book. Cookbooks? Your library probably has a million cookbooks or can order some cookbooks. I actually taught myself how to cook thanks to the library! Free!
Stuck in a funk? Buy yourself a new workout outfit! I love to buy tee-shirts with funny sayings! It doesn't have to cost much. Go to a second-hand store.
