About 2 weeks ago I realized I am busier then I have ever been in my life.
After celebrating my 31st birthday I began evaluating my current life and the goals I am working towards.
For most people we get our education in and life experience in our 20's and now for those 80's babies the 30's begin and we get in gear to be full fledged adults. You start raising children, life planning and purchasing a home. Most days you get up and work through a list of chores and errands on top of working. All this is done in the hopes that you will be set in your 40's and 50's.
With looking at this I started reading into the statistics of the mind and how 73% of people between the ages of 25-35 overthink. 57% of that is stated to be the female gender. Does this happen in part of us being in success mode? Do we spend our days thinking about our goals and current position within our own society? I think so.
At the end of it all you can keep that busy body going and hope that when you look back at your 30's you were able to accomplish all the things you planned. And well what will those busy minds be thinking at 50-55.
