Fruits are a delicious addition to our meals. Along with being tasty, they also provide a lot of useful nutrients to our body. Here are a bunch of juicy ones that you should add to your next meal.

MANGOES:

Have nearly half a day requirement of vitamin E
Great for skin problems and cancer protection
Good source of dietary fibre
Contain enzymes that act as a digestive aid

APRICOTS:

Good source of iron.
Excellent for most skin and respiratory conditions
High in vitamin A and Vitamin C
Ripe, fresh apricots are great for those who are at higher risk of getting cancer.

NECTARINES /PEACHES:

Dried peaches are good for those with fatigue and anaemia (iron deficiency)

Good source of fibre especially with the peel.

CHERRIES:

Excellent for Cancer protection
