A Step In The Right Direction

Right back at primary school we are asked "what do you want to do when you grow up?" When we are young, only some can answer that question. The majority however, can not.

Nothing much changes when we grow up either. Most people can still not answer that question. They've gone from school, through university and are now sitting in any old job until they find their passion.

The beauty of the situation is you don't actually need to know your passion to be working towards it. Sometimes the goal posts are just through the fog, and all we have to do is kick the ball in their general direction. We might get a perfect goal, or we might fall short. If we fall short at least our next kick will be that much closer to the goals, making them that much easier to see through the fog.

A step in the right direction is worth years in any old job. Life is motion; we must be heading towards something in order to find the something we are looking for.
